We provide stone countertops and high-quality cabinets at a fraction of their traditional price. We are expanding our business within the kitchen and bath dealer network. Distinctive is also one of the largest countertop fabricators and we own our own cabinet factory. We offer a range of products for multi-family projects, production builders, custom builders, and remodelers. We inventory cabinets and provide quick ship programs. Our cabinets are KCMA certified.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly within the building products industry. Experience selling cabinets our countertops. This role is heavily commission-focused with uncapped earning potential. You will be responsible for building relationships and closing deals.

Location:
-This is a remote position, you'll be required daily travel within your territory.

Products You'll Be Selling:
-Cabinets: High-quality, KCMA certified cabinets with quick ship programs.
-Countertops: Stone countertops fabricated in-house, ensuring top-notch quality and competitive pricing.

Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including production builders.
-Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
-Provide expert advice on our range of kitchen products.
-Meet and exceed sales targets.
-Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
-Proven sales experience in the building products industry.
-Experience with production builders is preferred.
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
-Strong organizational and time management abilities.
-Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
-Bachelor's degree.
-Proficiency in computer skills.
