By “Opting In” to or using a “Text Message Service” from Distinctive Kitchen, you accept these Terms of Use and Conditions. This agreement is between you and Distinctive Kitchen, 4600 Bridgeway Ave, Columbus, OH 43219. All references to “Distinctive Kitchen,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refer to Distinctive Kitchen.
Definitions
- “Opting In,” “Opt In,” and “Opt-In” refer to requesting, joining, enrolling in, agreeing to, signing up for, or otherwise consenting to receive one or more text messages from us.
- “Text Message Service” includes any arrangement where we send one or more messages to your mobile number via SMS, MMS, or other messaging technologies.
Consent to Text Messaging
By providing your phone number and checking the opt-in box on our website or forms, you consent to receive text messages from Distinctive Kitchen in accordance with these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated herein by reference.
This service is used strictly for person-to-person communication related to quotes, active projects, scheduling, customer service, or order-related updates. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages.

By consenting to receive text messages, you agree that we may use an electronic record to document your agreement. You may withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP to any message.

As this service is person-to-person, opting out applies to the specific communication thread or employee phone number. You may receive messages from a different representative if you're engaged in another active conversation.
